Yep it’s Barbie as in Barbecue. We abbreviate everything. Not many throw shrimp on it mainly cause we call them prawns not shrimp but also much prefer a steak or a snag (sausage) happy to aussify you!
Lol glad you learned how to say "tzatziki." Next up, "gyro"–the Greek kind are pronounced more like "euro." I don't watch meal prep videos but your personality can get me to watch anything!

Freeze spinach in a bag. Pull out a handful as you need for recipes. It smells strong but it works
Use a garlic chopper. You just pull the strings. So easy

A tip for making tzatziki is to squeeze the juice out of the cucumber soo it’s not super runny! I use a cheese cloth.

aussie here, we call it a barbeque but slang is barbie like barbie doll. we also call shrimp prawns and we actually dont say "throw a shrimp on the barbie" its just a saying non Australians have said we say

If you throw the cloves in a jar and shake the heck out of it it supposedly peels them but also….. Probably the same amount of time or less to smashed with the knife.

As an Aussie, we call shrimp prawns & sad to disappoint but they’re not the no. 1 choice for the Barbie (BBQ) we prefer to chuck some snags (sausages) on the Barbie 😅🇦🇺
