One of the best combination in a cake? Definitely pear and chocolate!

INGREDIENTS
135 g of sugar
250 g of 00 flour
170 g of butter
3-4 pears
2 tbsp of bitter cocoa
3 large whole eggs
110 g of dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp of rum
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cinnamon
1 g of vanilla
1 sachet of baking powder
125 g of milk or alternatively of water

METHOD
Beat the eggs with sugar until the latter has completely dissolved. Add the sifted baking powder and mix, add the sifted flour little at a time and mix well, this will avoid creating lumps. Add the milk little by little, mixing everything. Finally we add to the mix the chocolate chips, the previously peeled and chopped pears, the rum, the cinnamon and the melted butter.

Mix well and pour the mixture in a lightly buttered 22-24cm mold. Bake in a static oven with a saucepan with hot water for about 1 hour at 355°F (180°C). Once ready, let it cool, take it out of the mold and enjoy your meal!
