Why choose between flatbread or an omelette when you can have them both? Prepare this delicious omelette piadina with @GiovanniPeccatodiGola

INGREDIENTS
4 whole eggs
1 flatbread
70 g of edam cheese
50 g of sliced speck
Fine salt
Black pepper
Thyme
Extra virgin olive oil

METHOD
Break the eggs in a bowl, beat them with salt, pepper and thyme and mix well. Heat the oil in a pan and when the bottom is hot, add the eggs. Wait a moment before adding the piadina (flat bread) so that it sticks well.

Leave to cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. When the egg is well cooked, turn it over with the help of a plate and place the grated cheese on one half, the speck and fold. The omelette piadina is ready.
