Ingredients to make Red Sauce Pasta
Rotini Color Pasta (12 oz Small Pack)
Olive oil Β½ cup
Chopped Onion (1 small size)
Chopped Garlic (4 big cloves)
Thyme leaves Β½ tsp
Oregano Leaves 1 tsp
Rosemary Β½ tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Tomato 4 medium size (Skinned & Make Paste)
Salt to taste
Chili sauce 3 to 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese (As Required)
Directions to make Red Sauce Pasta
1. Take 4 medium sizes of tomatoes and put them in boiling water for 2 minutes and then peel off the tomatoes and grind to make Paste.
2. Heat a pan and add Β½ cup of olive oil, add chopped Onion of 1 small size, sautΓ© for few seconds and add chopped garlic 4 big cloves, thyme leaves 1 /2 tsp, rosemary Β½ tsp, oregano leaves 1 tsp, paprika powder 1 tsp, mix well and cook for few seconds.
3. Add tomato paste and cover for 5 minutes.
4. Add salt (to taste), chili sauce 3-4 tbsp, add boiled pasta and mix well.
5. Add tomato ketchup 2 tbsp and mix well, dish out.
6. Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese (As Required).
