We cut the eggplant into 2 parts, salt, pepper and, together with bell pepper, put in the oven for 15 minutes until soft. Then we stew the tomatoes, spread the mozzarelo on the eggplants and in the oven for 2 minutes. That’s all. Our beautiful dish is ready! Bon Appetit everyone!
