If I was going to learn a language it would have to be Finnish.

I made this recipe today, but I tweaked it a bit. I personally can't stand mint so I used bay leaves instead, and I added some beef base with the water. It was really damn good.
It isn't so crazy sounding he'd organize a soup kitchen. After all cocaine kingpins do public works to maintain good face. So makes sense from a CYA perspective.
FUN FACT: Even without the pasta, this soup dish can be used in the Philippines as the base for "Caldereta".
