INGREDIENTS (1 PORTION)
1 medium ripe banana
30 g of oat bran or flakes
60-80 g of milk
1 tsp of peanut butter

To decorate:
peanuts
20 g of dark chocolate

METHOD
Mash a banana directly into the glass. Add the oats, peanut butter and milk. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it on the surface forming a disc, add the chopped peanuts and put in the fridge. Leave it overnight and enjoy it the morning after. Break the surface with the teaspoon and taste!
