INGREDIENTS
Dough
3 cups all purpose flour [360g]
1 tbsp olive oil [15g]
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup warm water [120-160ml]
Filling
1 1/2 cups frozen spinach [170g]
3/4 block firm tofu [330g]
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
*or to taste
1/2 cup vegan mozzarella shreds [56g]
Garlic Butter Sage Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil [15ml]
2 tbsp vegan butter [28g]
2 cloves garlic, sliced
4-5 leaves fresh sage
