INGREDIENTS (for 1 panettone of 1 kg)

FOR THE GOAT CHEESE STUFFING
Goat cheese 160 g
Tomato paste 10 g
Milk 20 g
Radicchio 40 g
Cooked ham 100 g
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

FOR THE SALMON FILLING
Spreadable cream cheese 100 g
Milk 10 g
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chives to taste
Smoked salmon 80 g

FOR THE SPINACH FILLING
Spinach 30 g
Robiola cheese 100 g
Milk 10 g
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Walnut kernels to taste

FOR THE SHRIMP FILLING
Already blanched prawns 150 g
Chives 5 g
Cocktail sauce 80 g

METHOD
Slice the gourmet panettone obtaining a total of 8 slices + the top part. If you want to make panettone at home, follow the recipe on the site.

FIRST LAYER: Stuff with the goat cheese-based filling (obtained by mixing the goat cheese with milk, tomato paste, salt and pepper) then place the radicchio on the cream and the cooked ham. Cover with the second slice of panettone.

SECOND LAYER: Slice of panettone, stuffed with salmon obtained by mixing all the ingredients together (minced salmon and chives cut with scissors). Cover with on more slice of panettone.

THIRD LAYER: Add the spinach filling (obtained by mixing robiola with milk, salt, pepper and spinach chopped with a knife), freshly chopped walnut kernels, slice of panettone.

FOURTH LAYER: Add a slice of panettone, prawn filling (obtained by mixing the prawns with the cocktail sauce and chopped chives with scissors), slice of panettone. Cover with the cap and your gourmet panettone is ready to be served.
