

Got a stand mixer and the pasta attachment so I wanted to make something quick to test it all out!
Tried to keep everything as authentic as possible. Mulino Marino 00 flour, organic eggs, Muraglia olive oil, Montosco chili flakes, imported parmesan…was delicious!

I always thought dishes like Aglio e Olio depends on dried pasta to get that toothsome texture. This opens up a whole new horizon for me.
