Kim’s Italian Meatball Recipe
I’m a lover of all things Italian! Meatballs have to be one of my faves! These are super easy to whip up and you can freeze them for a great weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. ground beef 93/7
1 eggs, beaten
½ cup plain panko breadcrumbs
½ cup milk
1/3 cup pecorino-romano cheese (grated)
1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic grated or minced
1 ½ tsp dried thyme
1 ½ tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
I like to soak my breadcrumbs in the milk for about 5 minutes. Add the rest of your ingredients, mix and roll. I make mine about 1-2 inches around. Bake for 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
These are great paired with pasta, in a sub or without bread and next to a salad.
