Lasagne are a type of wide, flat pasta, possibly one of the oldest types of pasta. Lasagne, or the singular lasagna, is an Italian dish made of stacked layers of this flat pasta alternating with fillings such as ragù and other vegetables, cheese, and seasonings and spices such as garlic, oregano and basil.

Ingredients
Chicken (Minced): 400gms
Lasagne Strips
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2Tbsp
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper: 1 ½ Tsp
Chilli Flakes: 1 ½ Tbsp
Oil: 2Tbsp
Onion: ½ cup
Tomato Paste: 3Tbsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce: 2Tbsp
Coriander: ½ cup
Butter: 2Tbsp
All-purpose Flour (Maida): 2Tbsp
Milk: 1 cup
Chicken Stock Cube: ½ piece
Oregano: 1Tsp
Carrot: ½ cup
Capsicum: ½ cup
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Method
• In minced chicken, add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and chilli flakes and mix them well.
• In a pan, add oil, chopped onions and minced chicken and cook it for 5mins over medium heat.
• Now add tomato paste and chilli garlic sauce and mix it well and cover the lid, cook it for 2mins on low heat, then add coriander and leave it aside.
• White Sauce Preparation: Add butter, all-purpose flour in a pan and cook for 2mins on low heat. Now add milk, chicken stock cube, black pepper and oregano and mix it well.
• In Another Saucepan, add salt in boiling water for lasagne strips and boil strips for 7-10mins.
• In a pan, add oil, carrots, capsicum, salt, chilli flakes and sauté it.
• In a dish, make a layer of white sauce, then add a layer of lasagne strips,a layer of minced meat, another layer of vegetables, then sprinkles parmesan cheese, lay out a layer of mozzarella cheese, add olives and capsicum.
• Repeat the layers 2-3 times and bake it for 25-30mins on 170C, when cheese turns golden brown.
Delicious Lasagne is ready to serve.
