Could you use almond flour
OMG..my grandmother made these..only with almond flavoring….we called them almond Cresent cookies..thank you Joe for this one..we never found her recipe
💚We Greeks have a similar cookie/ biscuit. Its called 'Kourabiethes'' . We also add grated orange rind in it and cognac. Or u can use burbon. We use crushed almonds. I personally prefer almond meal. Its easier to work with and its distributed evenly throughout the biscuit. 🍹
