Wrong kind of bread, too many ingredients. Jm2c.
Not saying it won’t taste good, I guess it does, but it’s really not in the spirit of bruschetta which is a dish were you recover old stale bread by toasting it and adding some oil, salt and garlic over it, tomatoes are common but already a premium.
Bruschetta is all about simplicity. If I had to use all of those ingredients…Why not put them over a pizza…

Looks more North American than Italian. What’s with all those ingredients? Bruschetta is not about following some fancy recipe and covering it with a tons of ingredients and balsamic vinegar. It’s about very, very simple ingredients.

vinegar, especially balsamic, is not mediterrean, it’s central italian tradition. I mostly agree with others, there is too much there.

Cut your bread in half and grill it with some butter or olive oil.
next dice tomatoes, olives and mozzarella and add them in a bowl with some olive oil and oregano.
spread the ricotta on the bread add the toppings and finish with some basil leaves and balsamic glaze and enjoy!
