

Pasta: 200g Semola, 100g water, salt. I used about 2 grams per piece and rolled it out using a knife on a surface
Sauce: butter, 1 pepperoncino, 2 fresh Italian sausages, milk, veal stock, 1/2 small broccoli, salt
After the meat had colored, i added some milk to make the meat more mild. This is also sometimes done in ragú. After that, i add just enough broth to cook the broccoli.
