    For everyone who was kind enough to ask here is a rough guide. If there is anything you don’t understand please ask I’ll do my best to get an answer but here you go people. Happy cooking and enjoy!!

    Take your large pot like what’s in the picture and add all ingredients
    4 whole carrots chopped chunky
    4 stalks of celery chopped chunky
    1 onion finely chopped
    Fry in olive oil for 10 mins
    then add to your big pot
    1 zucchini/courgette chopped chunky
    1 leek sliced
    1 sweetheart cabbage sliced
    1 packet french beans
    Cut all vegetables to a size your happy with
    Then add chicken stock to the pot. If you don’t have a home made stock you could use 3 chicken stock pots and add water. Make sure you have enough stock and it always covers the vegetables. Add more if needed.
    Add 3 bay leaves
    This is a very important part, add 3 to 4 rinds of parmesan cheese with some cheese left on the rind. Do not miss this part!!
    Add 1 to 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
    Salt to taste and plenty of pepper

    Cook gently for 1 hour and then remove the 3 or 4 parmesan cheese rinds, then add 1 or 2 cans of cannellini beans, drain the water from cans before adding. They don’t need to be cooked. If you want the best taste let it sit over night, very much recommend by mama, but you don’t have to it’s your choice, just as it’s your choice how you cut the vegetables and if you wish to add or remove anything.

    When served add chopped fresh parsley and top off with fresh greated parmesan cheese.
    Add a side of warm crusty bread and enjoy people. 🙏🙌💕🇮🇹
