  14. The best risotto I've ever had was in Venice; just arborio rice cooked in very flavoursome, rich, fragrant stock.
    Next week: Vincenzo and Chef James react to some of their subscribers attempting to cook. If I'm featured, I guarantee there will be no small measure of culinary slapstick, but my heart will be there!

  19. I've had red wine risotto in Valpolicella and it was a waste of both the risotto and the Amarone.
