    What made it horrible? It actually looks pretty good.

    I totally underestimated the saltiness of ricotta salata. And then, simply out of muscle memory, I salted the sauce as it was in the pan before I added the cheese.

    Love this dish , although salata is hard to find where I live so I use feta .
