Approximately 8 people for a 24cm cake mold

INGREDIENTS
1 ripe mango, cleaned and cut into small pieces
1/2 cup oil
1/2 sugar
1 cup flour
1 sachet of baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tsp vinegar
200 ml caramel

METHOD
Blend the mango, oil, powdered milk in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients (except the caramel) to the mixture. Transfer to a previously buttered cake mold with a diameter of 24 cm, cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes.
Allow to cool completely and cover the caramel.

For the caramel:
250 g sugar
180 heavy cream
120 g butter
8 g salt

METHOD
In a frying pan caramelize the sugar, add cream, butter and finally the salt.
