    First time trying to make carbonara! Guanciale, pecorino, eggs, bucatini and lots of black pepper.

    personal opinion: the Carbonara it’s for big dishes (150-200g of pasta), not for stuff like this from a fancy restaurant (not for nothing in the origin was a poor recipe).
