My first Carbonara!

    First time I’ve ever made carbonara and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I used the recipe from “Vincenzo’s Plate.” Very simple: Pasta, eggs, pancetta (I couldn’t find guanciale, but Vincenzo says pancetta is okay!), pecorino, and pepper.

    I’m surprised at how simple and easy it was, and how incredibly rich it is.

    Looks incredible! Did you use hole eggs or just yolk?

    well done!

    i also use olive oil to “soffriggere” the guanciale… i think the result is better
