Chef Billy. How are you? I just had a 1/2 dish of Penne ala vodka from Villa Maria's in Bethpage. Tasted bitter, and not too creamy. Yours looks very creamy(from the heavy cream), and quite delicious. Please let me know if its suppose to be bitter, and not creamy. WHat about onions/challets? Is there suppose to be onions added? whoa, now this guy is very generous with how much food he serves. you dont get big bowls of pasta like this nowadays. looks absolutely tasty, but i prefer rigatoni instead of penne. i like thick pasta, but this looks great too. greetings from South Westbury!!!
