    We get this barese sausage at an Italian market in Chicago… I don’t have a grill, so I sauté it in white wine til the wine evaporated and then sear with olive oil. Serve with fresh lemon and homemade bread!

    Hands down my favorite sausage. Lamb, garlic, fennel seeds; how can you go wrong?
