Basted in crushed garlic. Surrounded with celery and chopped onions. Covered with aluminum foil. Cooked covered 3 hours at 350 then uncovered for 45 minutes at 400. Added a bullion cube and water for gravy. Served with mashed and asparagus! Excellent dinner. Bon appetite!
