Inspired by my upcoming Sunday Sauce cook (a combination of Lidia’s recipe plus [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNSR5k9Fb5I)), I was wondering if we could all bring together our Italian-American recipes for the ‘Sunday Sauce’ in one place. I’ll write up mine once I’ve cooked it, but it would be great to compare and contrast.
