    Hello everyone! I made this pumpkin and mushrooms lasagna last weekend. It took me one day, cause I also made the pasta sheets and the bechamel sauce from scratch but it definitely worth it 🤤 try it to believe it!

    INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTA

    300 gr (2 and 3/8 cup) flour

    3 eggs

    FOR THE FILLING

    1 kg pumpkin

    400 gr mushrooms

    80 gr walnuts

    180 gr smoked scamorza

    Parmigiano Cheese

    Garlic

    Parsley

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Salt

    Pepper

    FOR BECHAMEL SAUCE

    30 ml oil or butter

    30 gr (3/8 cup) flour

    300 ml milk (1 and 1/4 cup) cow’s or vegetal

    Salt

    Pepper

    Grated nutmeg
