  1. We hope you guys have a great (and yummy) week! What are some of YOUR go-to recipes for a busy weeknight?

  2. This was by far the most delicious most appetizing vlog. Just gorgeous and delicious..I will be making alll these recipes! Eva is right beans are the most delicious..what part of Calabria does she come from? This vlog was 10 out of 10😋😋😋😋😋😋😋❤❤❤

  3. Well if I don't eat pasta for long, for me is "Aglio Olio peperoncino è mujca i pani" Also, a question for Eva "Ricotta Salata", normal or smoked? Which one you prefer? From a fan of yours that is actually born in a town not that far from Eva's, Tropea.

  4. I never saw Carne Pizziola done with veal, my mother used flank or skirt steak. I love veal. But breaded with fix bread crumbs, fried and oil and vinegar salad on a good loaf of bread. I would like to try it your way.

  5. Eva, is the tatoo line on your finger to test the amount of liquid you put in the pot. ie 1/2 cup, 1/4 of a cup. I saw that, that is something chef's do on another channel?

  6. Eva ! There were 2 vegetarian dishes… yay!💘 i love it….wil make the spaghetti today….
Bdw any veg version of cacio e pepe ..?

  7. thanks for the inspiration!
it was so nice when harper said that garfield didn't like mondays. eva: why?? 🥰

  8. I make a simple Tuscan chicken dish during the week. It’s chicken, garlic, rosemary, chilli peppers and white wine. So simple, one pan and extraordinary flavour. Served with fried gnocchi with rosemary and salt and a glass of Pinot Grigio, it’s a stunning dinner.

  9. Mi avete creato la necessità di assaggiare il riso con l'uovo! ahahaha o meglio, esattamente di farmi una cofana intera invece di mangiare quello che dovrei frigger" Un sogno 🤣😍

  10. If you leave the beans soaking in water for min 12 hours they'll cook faster and it's best for digestion.

  11. If I know it's going to be a crazy busy week… on Sunday I may make a pot of pea soup… or American Chop Suey…. and Ramen noodles with poached eggs is a good standby….

  12. The Carne alla pizzaiola reminds me of the dish I make with salsa and serve over rice. And I am so going to make the caper, olive, and pasta dish!!! Great now I am hungry. Lol!

  13. This video was so helpful. The eggplant sandwiches… my god, how incredible. Grazie, gracias, thank you!

  14. What I ABSOLUTELY LOVE about Eva is her honest & wholesome recipes❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️. True healthy eating🧡💛❤️

  15. So Risotto Alternative is actualy a carbonara with rice instead of pasta….genious.

  16. Dear Eva and Parker, I came across a condiment called colatura di allied to make sugo. Would you please talk about it and how it's used. I saw it in a Hallmark Holiday movie called "Our Italian Christmas Memories". Thank you, sincerely, Richard

  17. Any chance you will ever make pasta alla vodka on your channel? I know that Italians object to cream in pasta but they used to serve it in Italy in the 80's.

  18. MI scusi signor and signora that condiment is colatura di alici, not allied, and I was not able to edit my comment and question. R.
