    Recipe x 1 pers:

    – 25 gr of Guanciale

    – 350 ml of San Marzano Sauce

    – 1 tsp dry chili

    – 130 gr Mezzi rigatoni

    – 1 glass of White wine

    – Salt and pepper

    Edit: You Need 100gr of Pecorino Romano too
