INGREDIENTS
1kg veal sirloin
Rosemary
Garlic
1tsp butter

Brown the meat for 5 min on each side and then in the oven at 150 degrees for about 15min

For the tuna sauce:
80g tuna in oil
1tsp capers
1tsp worcestershire sauce
50ml mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Blend everything.

  2. Whenever I see people cooking meat.. i couldn't help but imagin that the piece of meat belongs to human.. even worst my flesh…
    This makes me feel really bad for the meat and i can never think about eating it.
    If everybody see it the way I do.. everyone would have been a vegetarian.
