Prepping my wine braised Short Ribs. One dish that never gets boring in my household. The men look forward to these ribs like I do to a weekend get away💗🌸💗.
6 to 8 short ribs with bone.
3 medium onions sliced very thin.
One cup celery chopped.
One cup julienned carrots
One cup stock
One cup red wine( if alcohol not permitted add one more cup stock).
One tablespoon salt.
One teaspoon black pepper.
One teaspoon turmeric
One teaspoon red paprika
One teaspoon Spanish paprika
One can of fire roasted tomatoes
Oil for sautéing
Sauté onions and all veggies till translucent about 30 minutes Add spices and wine or one cup of stock if no wine. Cook twenty minute not more
Sear short ribs on all side only sear and place on baking dish bone up. Onion mixture all into baking dish to cover ribs, add the other cup of stock and canned tomatoes. Close tightly with foil.
Bake 3 hours at 400 degrees After three hours open the foil to let steam out and evaporate some liquid. Do not burn will burn easily, turn them over meat side up. [full recipe instructions](https://youtu.be/lT4LrUcm-ws)
