My daughters favorite cake turned into muffins/cupcakes💗🌸💗 Double chocolate muffin
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar.
1/2 cup oil.
1 egg.
1 yolk.
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour.
1/2 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1 cup sour cream
1 cup hot milk with 1 tablespoon instant coffee.
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips.
Start by sifting dry ingredients into one bowl.
Beat oil, sugar, and eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and now start to rotate adding dry then warm liquid and repeat this until batter is complete. Add the chocolate chips, make sure to leave some for the tops.
Pre heat oven to 350 F
