5๏ธโฃ 2 egg yolks + 1 egg [ 2 tuorli + 1 uovo intero ]
6๏ธโฃ 520 gr of manitoba flour [ 520 gr di farina manitoba ]
7๏ธโฃ grated zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange [ buccia grattugiata di 1 limone e di 1 arancia ]
8๏ธโฃ 100 gr of butter[ 100 gr di burro ]
9๏ธโฃ3 gr of salt [ 3 gr di sale ]
๐ 100 gr of chocolate chips [ 100 gr di gocce di cioccolato ]

The dough must be prepared a day before because it has to rise overnight.
