Start to cut Italian sausage, brown it with garlic, add ground beef with marinara sauce, prepare the béchamel (white sauce: mix flour & water, add it to heavy cream with sugar, salt & pepper, add the ricotta cheese, mix the whole, when the pasta are cooked, start the stacking up in the dish, always add Parmesan between each level, put the dish in the oven for 1h. Let it cold, then you can cut one slice, add marinara, warm it in the oven for 20 minutes, top with provolone and ready to serve… Enjoy!
