A new Christmas pizza dubbed the ‘Pie Hard’ is dividing diners – because it’s topped with not just crumbled mince pies and brandy cream.. but MOZZARELLA cheese too.
Manchester pizzeria Crazy Pedro’s has launched a sweet and savory Christmas special unlike anything punters have ever seen before.
The outlandish feast is topped with a custard base sauce before being sprinkled with mincemeat and pastry, brandy cream and cranberry sauce – which combine to give it a sweeter taste than the average offering – before being topped with the classic Italian stringy cheese.
Bar manager Katie Stanton, 32, said: “This pizza is a bit naughty, but if there is a time to be naughty then it is Christmas.
