My Mother is from Sicily and she would use a white wine I like the peach Wine in every part you add water, My Job was to go buy her the wine and the stuffing is out of this world with a hint of peach flavor in it and it comes right through the Turkey Basically you do everything she does, except using the Wine, Peach Wine. and a lot of bread crumbs, spicy ones. with walnuts of other nuts chopped so the flavor would stand up beyond every other, and the butter would be soft and placed under the skin makes it so much better like a butter Ball lots of Butter!
