I had a bit less meat than the recipe because I used impossible meat and they’re 200g short of what they say on the package.
My partner snuck in some garlic when I wasn’t lookin (it wasn’t in the recipe) but at least he has the right pasta for it.

Ok. Ragu is the general word we use in Italy for bolognese sauce. Italians don’t call it bolognese because we know the original is from Bologna. Every ragu from all the Italian regions is very different. I don’t know what’s inside your ragu but it does not look bad at all. The tomato looks very red, maybe you didn’t cook it long enough? I cook my ragu for at least 3 hours. Anyway, at least you did it, my husband is Italian and he never made ragu once in his life. Congrats.
