    This is so hard to make. I tried and failed over and over again. Mine is always too oily, too dry, tasteless, and what more. Hope yours was great. You’ve got my upvote

    The peperoncino and garlic still look very fresh. I would recommend you to put more oil and to properly brown the garlic and peperoncino. Also add more pasta water to make it creamy
