Just finished making a bolognese sauce (after watching one of Vincenzo’s videos) with fettuccine pasta, and woooow it was sooo amazing!!!!

   My wife and I love to have bolognese. It’s one of those that I try to improve on each iteration. I’ll have to watch that video to see what else I can do.

   I’ve made this recipe from the same video and I have to agree it was amazing! My kids loved it too which is always a win. I would recommend trying it with a pappardelle or tagliatelle
