Palestinian-Italian restaurateur, Iyas Ashkar, combines his love of Italian and Palestinian cuisine, serving traditional Palestinian dishes with an Italian twist.
Ashkar recently launched his blog “Non solo hummus” (Not only hummus), in which he introduces the Italian public to Palestinian cuisine and uses his platform to raise awareness about the Palestinian cause.

Israel copied and stole almost everything from the Palestinians! Their culture is a bad copy of the origin Palestinian. Fly with el Al they will serve u Hummus, listen to their music, sounds like Palestinian music, they even tried to steal the Palestinian scarf, but they can’t so they are using it now for propaganda issues. Israel u are so poor and ridiculous in important things in life!
Excellent report and most wonderful food! I visited the region ( Lebanon) eight years ago for the first time and I was stunned with their succulent gastronomy.
