I’m confessing a crime: I’m Italian and I also never mix sauce and pasta (I do it only with spaghetti) I prefer mixing it with oil so it doesn’t become a blob and put the sauce on top :]

Looks like Spaghetti Factory split 50 / 50 between meat sauce and brown buttered grated mizithra cheese. I haven’t been there in years. But, ALWAYS ordered this when there.
The mizithra is amazing. But, it’s too strong and too dry to have it all by itself.
