Decided I had to try the recipe from /u/denozzino!
I took his advice to add some fresh sausage it it was 100% a good idea.
Did exactly as he did in his video. The only change was that I added a few fresh sage leaves to the olive oil when cooking the garlic. Then I added fresh sausage, and lastly the mushrooms.
