Garlic Confit Butter
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
4 extra large cloves of garlic from the garlic confit
2 teaspoons Basil or green Italian parsley (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Mix until creamy and smooth. Use on toast, bruschetta etc. Your garlic bread will never be that same old ordinary garlic bread anymore, this will take it to the next level 😱😍

Easy Bruschetta
Note:-Vegetarian option: eliminate the meat slices for a vegetarian option.
Ingredients
1 French baguette (I used herbed and sesame seed loaf), sliced diagonally
Garlic confit butter
Cold meat slices of choice (I used kolbassa slices) optional
Gouda cheese greated
Tomato slices (I used freshly harvested from my garden)
Olives
Method
Apply confit butter, add meat slices, tomato and grated cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and is golden brown. Top with sliced olives, enjoy immediately whilst still hot, great as a snack, Hors D’Oeuvres etc.
