Brew coffee. You need 150 ml. Soak 12 g of gelatin in cold water and leave for a few minutes. Pour 500 ml of fresh cream into a saucepan. Add 100 grams of sugar there. Put on the stove. Heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Bring to a boil and immediately turn off the heat. Pour coffee into the pan and add the gelatin squeezed out of the water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into molds and let cool. Put in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 hours. If you want to put the dessert on a dish, then just pick it up with a knife on the sides, and then hold the mold in hot water for 1 minute. You can decorate as you wish.
