INGREDIENTS
½ watermelon
1 sieve
1 food dryer
METHOD
clean the watermelon, remove the seeds, blend and separate the juice from the pulp. Spread the pulp on baking paper and dry for 6 hours at 150°F (65°C)… you can use it to make crepes, cannoli, etc. .. or simply eat it like this!
