Mix the remaining water with 2 tbsp. olive oil. Take 250 ml. flour. Knead the dough. Roll out the dough on a flat surface, giving it a rectangular shape. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with flour. Leave in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough should increase by about 2 times. Cut the dough lengthwise into strips 1 cm thick.
