Veg Calzones
Ingredients
For Dough
Refined Flour – 2 Cups
Dry Yeast – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Lukewarm water – 1/2 Cup
Almond Milk/Milk – 1 Cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
For fillings
Onions – Medium Size – 2 Finely Chopped
Capsicum – Medium Size – 1 Finely Chopped
Zucchini – Medium Size – 1 Finely Chopped
Baby Corn – 4-5 Pieces Finely Chopped

In a tiny bowl, take lukewarm water, add sugar, yeast, stir well, keep it aside for 10 mins

In a medium bowl, take refined flour, add milk, activated yeast, butter, make a dough, till it doesnt stick the hands, dust it in refined flour

In a pan, add oil-1tsp, add onions, capsicum, babycorn, zucchinni, satue it for ten mins, add salt-1 tsp, black pepper – 1 tsp, red chilly flakes – 1 tsp

Roll a tiny portion of the refined flour dough, place the fillings at centre, add grated cheese, apply water on the circular edges, seal it, use a fork pierce it,.
Calzones are ready to bake

Greae the baking tray, place the calzones, coat it with oil, bake it for 15 mins till golden-brown.
