INGREDIENTS

For the sponge cake:
5 eggs
75g sugar
200g flour
16g baking powder

Whip the eggs with the rest of the ingredients and bake at 347°F (175°C) for 20 min.

For the washing:
200g condensed milk
200g fresh cream
200g milk

Mix the 3 ingredients and set aside

For the caramel:
300g sugar
30g butter
100g water
5g cornstarch

Caramelize the sugar, add the butter, water and cornstarch.

COMPOSITION
Wet the sponge cake with the milk-based syrup, let it soak well and finally cover the top with the caramel.
