1.5 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tbsp crushed garlic 1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 17.5 Oz gnocchi
2.5 tbsp freshly grated parmesan 1/3 cup fresh basil, hand torn
1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium/high heat. Add in the garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes. Pour in the tomato sauce and heavy cream then season with sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let this simmer together on medium heat now for about 5 minutes, then add in the parmesan cheese. 2. Add the gnocchi to boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes, then strain and add to the pink sauce. Stir and let it cook all together for 2 minutes so the gnocchi soaks it all in. Adjust salt to taste then toss in the fresh Basil and enjoy!#bigboss boss
