500 Gr. Of excellent quality spaghetti
125 Gr. Of Guanciale cut into strips
400 Gr. canned peeled San Marzano tomatoes
50 ml. Of dry white wine
80 Gr. Of grated Pecorino Romano
1 Red chili pepper or a pinch of chili flakes
Salt and pepper.
