Recipe –
1/8 C onion
2 oz bacon
2 oz sausage
1 oz prosciutto
1/8 c peas
3 T Butter
2 oz romano (or parmesan)
1 whole egg
3 oz demi glace (optional – use more pasta water instead)
2 t black pepper
4 oz fresh fettuccine (or dry pasta if you prefer)
